Our process is designed to separate evidence, experience and commercial relationships.
1. Define the reader’s decision
Before writing, we identify the intended user, practical problem, realistic alternatives and the claims that need verification.
2. Check primary information
We prioritize manufacturer documentation, technical specifications, service terms, regulatory information and direct product materials. Important limitations are checked alongside benefits.
3. Distinguish testing from research
Hands-on experience is described only when it occurred. Research-based guides are labelled and do not imply physical testing.
4. Evaluate real-world fit
We consider usability, compatibility, total cost, privacy, support, accessibility and likely trade-offs—not specifications alone.
5. Review and update
An editor checks clarity, sourcing, disclosure and unsupported claims before publication. Material changes or verified errors are updated.
